MATCHUP - Annville-Cleona is 0-2 with losses to Palmyra and Hamburg. Dutchmen are averaging just 89 yards a game - least in the game, and have just 9 first downs, least in the league. Standout player is RB RIckey Snyder, a 600-yard rusher last year, and the team's feature back this season. Cocalico is 2-0 with wins over L-S and Exeter. Eagles are No. 1 in the league in total offense (443 yards a game) and No. 1 in rushing yards (740).

different players ... Smith is more of a pocket kid; Smoker ran the Veer and could probably throw on the run a little better. Tough to compare because it's been 9 yards since Smoker was here (wow). Bottom line: They're both excellent players in their eras.

No, Smoker was in a class by himself. He could read a defense better than any qb I saw in hs. Williams never let him put up individual numbers. It was always team points in large batches. Lol

Yeah i think Catholic will beat us honestly, I just think that because of how the Wilson game turned out. I mean it was a win over a very good team but you can't blow a 26-7 lead and expect to win against a team that is currently ranked 1st in the state in Double A?

I picked Carlisle 20-14 ... but could go either way in that one. Hempfield isn't as bad as Week 1, but not as good as Week 2. Somewhere in between. Haven't figured out Hempfield yet.

freshman team went undefeated last year, 2/3 of the team moving up quit during summer after getting a taste of the high school coaches. some senior starters also quit. lots of problems at Hempfield
