He's eligible to come off of PUP after six weeks, though he doesn't have to be activated right away. There's a three-week window in which he can practice, and once he starts to practice, there's another window in which he can be added to the active roster. Sherrod has missed so much time, and his injury was so horrific, that if he is able to return to practice in the next month, I'm guessing he's a backup this year at best. I just don't see him being able to step in and play, except in an emergency. And it's always possible they shut him down for the year and put him on IR when it's all said and done. </td></tr></table>]]></description></item>
